Why a Zambian Food Blog

I am no master chef nor am I an exceptional cook. I pretty much get by and can feed a few people without them complaining or getting food poisoning, and its a skill that I have had to learn and trying to perfect. Being away from Home (Zambia) I find myself craving different foods that we would only find in Zambia and occasionally have sent here. Most of these recipes are learnt growing up as soon as you were old enough to be close to a stove and not burn yourself, but I would like to take it a step further and see the creativity and skill can continue to grow.
